Injury Attorney
I have always dedicated myself to being an attorney that represents people, and fights for their rights. I am licensed by the State of Tennessee to practice law, and I am permitted and registered to practice in front of the Federal Disability courts, as well as the Federal Courts.
As a graduate of Mississippi College, The School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, I began my practice as a third year law student. Nearly a decade later I have continued to represent people. My focus has always been on representing people, and for nearly a decade now I have represented personaly injury clients.
My experiences in representing people has led me to trials, a speaking invitation to address the first year law students at Harvard University School of Law, Widener School of Law, and be a Harvard Ames Moot Court Judge, and most importantly representing clients throughout the State of Tennessee.
My approach to personal injury cases is to take fewer cases and devote more time to each of the cases to produce a better outcome. I do not take a large volume of personal injury cases, this allows me to pursue your case in a much more efficient and dedicated manner. It is a philosophy that I decided to take early on in my career.
I am of the belief that the days of simply submitting records to the insurance company and getting a good result are over, if they were really here in the first place. There is no substitute for hard work and dedication to obtain a result that is in the best interest of the client. When I get involved in a case I research the issues and possible defenses, I look past the philosophy of simply working a case to settle it, I think that you have to work on a case as if you are going to try it, and then if your clients goals are met, you settle it; or you try it, if there is no reasonable settlement offer, and there is never a fee, unless I win your case.
